For people who want assessment insights and personalised guidance.
Everything in Self-Guided, plus:
- A personalised 60-minute career exploration and interpretation session
- Preparation and review of your results before the session
- Discussion of your strengths, interests, work preferences and potential directions
- Exploration of your three selected occupations and what may influence your enjoyment
- Discussion of possible career pathways and considerations
- Practical career exploration discussion (no action plan included)
Reports are provided the day before your 60-minute session. Looking to take the next step? Your Career Discovery session can provide a valuable foundation for a follow-up guidance session, where we can explore your options further and work towards a practical action plan. Guidance supports your decisions; it does not guarantee employment or a particular career outcome.
Personal Development
Personal Insights & Development
$499 AUD · total payable
Harrison Traits & Definitions and Paradox reports, which may be combined into one document; a 60-minute online debrief via Google Meet; and a practical written action plan prepared after the session and emailed within two business days. Reports are provided the day before the session. Explore personal, leadership or job-specific development, separate from the career assessment packages above.
For Existing Clients Only
Follow-Up Guidance Session
$150 AUD · 60 minutes · total payable
A personalised 60-minute online session for existing Uncommon Potential clients who have previously completed a Harrison Assessment through Uncommon Potential and received their reports. Sessions build upon your previous assessment insights to explore career considerations, personal development, emerging goals and practical next steps.
Not available to new clients. No new Harrison Assessment is required.
Session scope is agreed beforehand. New assessments, reports, written action plans and additional preparation are not automatically included. Eligibility is confirmed before invoicing, and the session is arranged following payment.

Frequently asked questions
What if I don't know which careers to explore?
That's completely fine. You don't need to have your future career figured out before beginning. Your Career Options report can help you discover possibilities based on your assessment results. You'll have time to review your initial reports before selecting three occupations for more detailed Career Enjoyment Analysis.
Can I upgrade after purchasing the reports?
Yes. If you've purchased the Self-Guided package and would like personalised interpretation, you can enquire about upgrading to the Guided package. An eligible Self-Guided to Guided upgrade is priced at the difference between the $120 Career Insights and $249 Career Discovery package prices: $129.
Will the assessment tell me which career I should choose?
No. Harrison Assessments provide insights into your interests, preferences and potential career enjoyment. They are intended to support informed exploration and decision-making, not make career decisions for you.
