Stage 1: Discovery Call (Optional)
Have questions or want help choosing a service? Book a free 15-minute telephone discovery call. Select an available time in Square and provide your name, email address and telephone number. Aaron will telephone you at your scheduled appointment time. If you already know what you want, you can proceed directly.

Stage 2: Choose Your Service & Get Started
Explore our services and select the option that best suits your needs. Use Get Started to submit your service request and accept the terms before Aaron sends a Square invoice. Once payment is received, we'll send you your Harrison assessment questionnaire. General enquiries and free discovery calls do not commit you to purchase.

Complete the questionnaire at your convenience. Your responses provide the foundation for your personalised Harrison reports.

Stage 4: Discover Your Insights
Your reports are generated and reviewed as appropriate to your package. Depending on your selected service, you'll explore your strengths, career options or behavioural tendencies and development opportunities.

Stage 5: Receive Your Reports & Guidance
Career Insights reports are generally provided within two business days after questionnaire completion. Career Discovery reports are provided the day before your personalised 60-minute career exploration and interpretation session. Neither career package includes a written action plan.
Choosing careers
You don't need to know your preferred careers yet
Many people start without a clear idea of what they want to do next. That's fine. Your Career Options report ranks more than 700 careers against your preferences, giving you real possibilities to consider.
After reviewing your first reports, you choose three occupations for a closer look. They can be careers you already had in mind, ones you discovered in your Career Options report, or a mix. Once your selections are confirmed, you receive a Career Enjoyment Analysis for each.
Exploring three careers is part of how I structure the service.
Uncommon Potential provides career guidance and development coaching. It is not a psychology, counselling, recruitment or job placement service. Harrison results support self-understanding and exploration; there is no guarantee of employment or a particular career outcome.
