Complete the Get Started service request form for Personal Insights & Development. Review the package and accept the terms. We'll review your request, confirm the details and send a Square invoice. Payment is required before we send the Harrison questionnaire.

Complete the online Harrison Assessment at your convenience. One questionnaire generates both of your personalised reports.

Stage 4: Receive Your Reports
Your Harrison Traits & Definitions and Paradox reports are provided on the day before your scheduled debrief. They may be combined into one document.

Stage 5: Attend Your Online Debrief
Attend your personalised 60-minute session via Google Meet, arranged after payment and report preparation. Together, we'll explore your results, behavioural tendencies and development opportunities.

Stage 6: Plan Your Next Steps
We'll discuss your development priorities during the session. Your practical SMART action plan is then prepared afterwards and emailed within two business days.
